Scarifying
Scarifying is a fast and efficient way to remove thatch, moss and dead/organic matter from the surface of the turf. All our machines are suitable for fine turf and sports turf.
Top Dressing
Top dressing is applied through a Dakota spreader. We can order and arrange for the appropriate dressing to be delivered to site in time for work to be carried out.
Aerate
Deep aeration allows air, water & nutrients to penetrate deeper into the ground encouraging the turf root system to grow deeper producing a stronger turf that can handle the vigourous use of todays sports fields and race tracks alike.
Decompact
While Aerating can help to decompact the soil & promote deep root growth, linear decompaction is a process that slices through the turf, breaks through the rootzone profile into the sub base to relieve compaction. This turfgrass practice will soften harden soils and increased field safety and playability.
Overseeding
Greenturf will select an appropriate seed mixture to deliver optimum results, the seed is then sown in two to three different directions to ensure even and consistent germination.
